Using modern material science to correct the inconsistencies that occur during bearing manufacturing. Inconsistencies that can be seen at the microscopic level but can make a WORLD of difference in smoothness and performance.
Using a series of proprietary mixes, in materials and processes (MECNC, GraphFlo, and DMx), to correct the surface level imperfections, that impede performance, and make our ceramic materials more robust.
We designed and formulated these processes, in house, from the ground up. Our engineered lubrication/ coating processes are performed in-house to improve bearing performance.
